“The staff were thoughtful, especially the Vietnamese receptionist. Breakfast was excellent with many options at a fair price.”

8.4Verified guest

“Perfect location right next to Shinjuku Station, closer than it looks on the map. We got rooms on the 17th floor with a wonderful view over Tokyo, including skyscrapers, the Skytree, and Godzilla. The sunrise from bed was spectacular. The room is small like most in Tokyo, but worth it. Ask for upper floors with a Godzilla view. Below the hotel are all sorts of shops, and Kabukicho is just a street away. The limousine bus to Narita can be booked at the hotel, with the stop nearby—very convenient.”

“The location is superb, central to all the shopping. The rooms are clean and modern, and I loved the Toto washlet. The housekeeping staff were pleasant and friendly.”

“The hotel is close to trains, restaurants, the station, transport, shopping, and Shinjuku's excitement. Lunch at Shimpachi Shokudo nearby had every choice imaginable. Breakfast offered tons of options.”
